Refund and Returns Policy

At The Glora by Archana , we take pride in delivering handcrafted, made-to-order candles using 100% natural wax and fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy, as detailed below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an incorrect product is delivered (wrong item, scent, or size).

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase and clear images/videos of the received item must be provided

Requests that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following cases are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Dissatisfaction with fragrance or appearance
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handmade nature
  • Damage after delivery
  • Products that have been used, burned, or tampered with
  • Delays caused by courier or logistics partners

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, all candles are non-returnable once delivered, except in the case of an incorrect item being shipped.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once the return request is reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated at our discretion.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

5. Shipping & Handling

  • In case of an approved return due to an incorrect item, return instructions will be shared with the customer.
  • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • We are not responsible for damage occurring during return shipping if packing guidelines are not followed.
